This exciting new development has been meticulously designed to recreate the style of a neighbouring 'listed' village.

The villas consist of simple structures, some with flat and others with tiled roofs. They feature the famous “votsalota”, pebble-stoned pavements that decorate interior and exterior spaces of most Rhodian homes. High walls, elegant chimneys, imposing gates and external stairways, create the traditional atmosphere of the new village.

The traditional theme is carried through internally with wooden beams and arches. Some interiors incorporate the traditional “pataros”, a raised platform used as a bedroom.

There are 2 and 3 bedroom villas available (3rd bedroom is the pataros). All villas have 2 bathrooms and covered parking areas.
