The complex offers a variety of services, ensuring that the stay in your villa will be enjoyable and relaxing. A marina is currently being built fro the exclusive use of the complex residents. Basket-ball, tennis and mini-football courts are also being developed and a children's playground with many safety features.

Domestic staff can be provided and your villa can be fully stocked with any supplies that you might require. Staff can be permanent or upon request.

A mini-market is located inside the complex. Six kilometres away, the villages of Kilada and Didima offer a wide range of local produce such as fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables.

The complex is situated very close to several hospitals. The Porto Heli and the Kranidi Health Care Centers are only 15 minutes away. In addition, there are general hospitals in Corinth and Nafplion. If there is a need for one to be transferred to a hospital in Athens, the complex has a heliport ensuring quick and efficient transport.

Water taxis and public boats are widely used in Porto Heli, Hydra and Spetses. They can take you from one place to another quickly and efficiently, at a reasonable price. One simple call will bring a water taxi to pick you up right from your beach!

Regular taxis can also be used to take you from your villa to Porto Heli or other neighbouring towns and villages.
