The villa was built in 1995 and legislation has changed since so that, now, you need at least 8000 m2 plot in order to build outside of a town or village boundaries.

There are fantastic sea views from almost every room in the villa. Actually, from the terraces you cannot see land at all, just water.

All around the house there are terraces with beautiful views. Whichever direction the island wind comes, there is always a terrace that is not affected.
