How we work for buyers

All Greece 4U is a UK based company dedicated to providing a friendly, efficient and cost-effective service to those searching for a property in Greece - whether as a second home, as an investment or to live there permanently.

We offer support, advice and guidance throughout so that the whole experience is as smooth and trouble-free as possible. You choose how much or how little you want us to help you and, unlike other companies that only cover a specific location, we can help you find and buy properties in any area of Greece. This opens for you options that may not know you’ve had.

We can work for you in two ways:

As independent estate agents (commission based)
We will study carefully your brief, find suitable properties for you and arrange viewings of the properties you have shortlisted. If you decide to buy any of these properties, we will receive payment from the vendors or their agents.

As independent advisors (fee based)
If you opt for this option, we will work exclusively for you, looking after your interests, and we will receive no payment - fees, commission or other award – from any party involved in the purchase of your property. We will accompany you to the viewing trip and negotiate the best possible price for your chosen property. We will be able to give you a firm quote of our fees, once we know your exact needs.

Please note:
You do not need to decide straight away on which way you would like to use us. We can start by finding out about your needs and presenting you with suitable properties. However, if you decide to appoint us as your advisors, we do need at least 3 weeks notice before the viewing trip.

Whatever way you decide to use us, you will find a dedicated and knowledgable team, an excellent service and personal attention to your requirements.

How we work with private owners and developers

We base our agreement with private owners and developers on a normal agency agreement, which includes a commission for All Greece 4U in the event of a successful sale.

If a prospective buyer, interested in your property, chooses to appoint us to work exclusively for him/her, we will let you know. In this case, we will NOT receive any payment from you but we will expect to pass on the saving to the buyer.
